Iam trying to order pictures online from my photo album
and during the copy process to the printing shop an error
occured saying one or more picture was not copied, and
that it was not in jpeg format. How do I convert photos
to this format? It said to use an editor, but I don't
know if mine will do this and how.

What format are your images saved in?

What is the name and version of your image
editing program?

You should be able to convert to .jpg with
your image editing program.

Go to...File / Save As...and you should find
a drop window with several format choices.
