a dont know if this has anythign 2 do with my problem. My
intenret connectin suddenyl got rely slow and is rely
irritating me!

phone your provider and complain
Mine was really slow last nite too
today its back up to speed

Otherwise, you might as well try here:

Make sure you don't have any Spyware or malware taking up
bandwith (I suggest either Spybot S&D or Adaware), you
must also recognize that modem speeds fluctuate everytime
you connect to your ISP. One last step; run your Task
Manager and kill processes you dont need running.
