Make sure under the View / Toolbars option that the
Standard Buttons toolbar is checked.

How do I fix the top of the web page I want to change it

back to having the Arrows for back and forward,
refresh,stop homepage and so on. I know if I push F11 It
will come back then I lose File,Edit,View,Favorites and
so on. What can I do I know there is a way to fix it so
they are both on the same page but can not remeber how to
