HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

I HAVE A VERY BASIC KNOWLEDGE SO PLEASE BE PATIENT.
I HAVE WINDOWS ME
I AM HAVING ALOT OF PROBLEMS, WHEN TRYING TO OPEN ALOT OF
THE PROGRAMS I KEEP GETTING A BOX STATING "A REQUIRED DLL
FILE WAS NOT FOUND" I THINK NORTON ANTI VIRUS IS ALSO NOT
WORKING BECAUSE OF THIS AND I NOW HAVE A COUPLE OF VIRUSES
TROJAN HORSE DIALER
1-WORM KLE
WIN32/ELKERN
WHEN ON LINE I KEEP GETTING "MAIL DELIVERY FAILED" AND I
HAVE NOTICED WHEN LOGGING OFF THAT LOADS OF BYTES HAVE
BEEN SENT WHEN IN FACT I HAVE SENT NOTHING.
MY COMPUTERS SPEED AS ALSO DROPPED DRASTICLEY AND I AM
UNABLE TO SHUT DOWN PROPERLEY "WAITING FOR TAK TO END"
APPEARS. I END UP JUST PULLING THE PLUG!

hOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP ME ITS SENDING ME MAD

I HAVE DOWNLOADED AGV FROM GRISOFT THAT HAS FOUND NUMEROUS
BUGS, BUT IT IS UNABLE TO REMOVE THEM, BUT THIS HAS NOT
BEEN LOADED PROPERLY AS YOU NEED TO SHUT DOWN CORRECTLY TO
COMPLETE THE LOAD.

There are several things wrong with this....

1) Posting all in caps is *YELLING*, is incredibly rude and makes your
posts very hard to read.

2) This group is for *HARDWARE* support under the *WINDOWS XP* operating
system

3) No wonder you have problems if you "just pull the plug"!

4) AVG does *NOT* find 'bugs', it is an anti-virus application

Now post (politely) in the correct place and you might just receive some
more helpful replies - providing you give people substantially more info.
