B bnc Sep 8, 2003 #2 Is this a response to my scanner question? If so, I have checked that it does recognize my device in 'device manager', it just doesn't recognize the software. The instructions from UMAX say to 'turn off' the windows scanner program. Do you know how. IGNORE if this is not my reference. THanks.
