can anyone help me! every time i try and open my windows mail it asks me to confirm my username and password before i can login!! i can't remember them so i'm abit stuck really! why this has just started i don't know? i've copied the error tex that comes up if it helps!!?

From there click on forgot your password, follow the instructions, reset password. Bobs your uncle
