I think my computer is infected with the blaster worm. I
went to best buy and the people said i would need to
contact microsoft so that i could get something that would
restore my whole computer to when i first got it. i cannot
find the download that they were talking about can anyone
help me???

Apparently, your computer has an unwelcome visitor (VIRUS) known
as the WM32 Blaster/Lovsan WORM.

It entered the computer through your internet connection because the "firewall"

If your computer is constantly attempting to shutdown

This should halt the rebooting problem.

wat type of computer is it? is it a Compaq brand? i ahve
tyhe same type and best buy has been selling many
defective compaqs and want to do nothing about it, which
best buy? mouse slows, disconnects, music slows, no
virus, had it checked by best buy technicians, does this
sound almost like urs? but i had my comp for like 2yrs,
it was fixed for a yr it seems then came back now
