I have created a form that I use in reverse. I input the data in my tiered
tables and then the form populates so I can print and turn it in. All of a
sudden, I cannot get the form to populate with new information. I am on
record 96 in my table but it only allows me to look at 91 records. It no
longer even gives me the option to create a new record from the form. It
used to! It worked for a year so I have obviously done something to it -
it's almost like I put a cut-off date or something in the programming, but I
can't find anything. I am new enough at this that I know just enough to be
dangerous - which means I could have done anything. :)

Then you're seriously misusing Access.

Table datasheets are for data storage and NOTHING ELSE. They are not designed
or appropriate for data entry. Forms are the proper tool for that purpose.

And if you're printing out a sheet of paper, a Report is the proper tool. You
can save your form as a report to save redoing it.

Are you using the Autonumber value as your "record number"? If so, be aware
that Autonumbers will always have gaps, and should not be relied on as counts,
or sequential record numbers, or much of anything other than a meaningless
unique key.

What's the Recordsource for the form? Have you converted to a new version of
Access, or installed any service packs? Some new versions are more stringent
about updatability of queries.
