Please help,

i have windows mail on my PC but i can not set it up. My current email is
through blueyonder (Virgin Media ). but i dont know if it is POP3 also all
the other question i do not know the answer to. I am a complete novice and
would be grateful for anyones help.

Contact your email provider by telephone and ask them.
