I have made the following site using FP2003 http://www.rayshealthcheck.com/
when you change from one page to another the URL changes to include the page
How do I avoid this and keep the URL unchanged??

You could use frames, but it's not recommended.

You will have to build a frames site, where the displayed URL is always
that of the frameset page. However frames should be avoided since they
give users more problems, particularly when opening pages from search
engine results or bookmarks/favourites.
