HELP!

I have Windows Vista Basic Home, and I have only been using it for a few
months when it started telling me that my 33 GB are all used up! My programs
only add up to ONE GB and I have no idea where it is getting that my other GB
are full. Does anybody have any way I can get rid of all that? Don't suggest
deleting programs and disk cleanup please, Ive tried.

How large is your hard drive? If it is less than 200GB, you need to
upgrade.
 
System Restore points can take up a considerable amount of room so, if your
pc is running okay without any issues, you might consider disabling System
Restore and then re-enabling it again. When you disable system restore it
removes all the restore backups, so if system restore is causing the
problem, you should get most of your disk space back.
