ok. so my comp is driving me crazy. i can not boot it up. not even in safe
mode. it says that a program that was recently downloaded is causing it not
to boot properly. all it does is re-boot over and over again. it says to
remove the program but i can't because it won't boot up properly! i have
tried every option under F5 and F10. I can't think of anything to do. Is
there any way or program that i can download offline to restore the original
settings like when it was brand new???

First - please give the complete message you are seeing that indicates what
the issue is.
Second - F8 is the one that gets you the Safe Mode and Last Known Good
Configurations options - have you tried those?
Last - what program? What did you change last?

you might try to access
your cmos/bios menu.

inside it, you can set it
to boot from the cd drive
instead of the harddrive.

then you can use the
windows cd to begin
repairing your operating
system.

there are a couple of
things you can do with
your cd. just let us know
if you need help with this

check your computer
manual or website for
your computer on how
to access your cmos/bios
settings.
