I have spent the last week trying to get Window Movie Maker to work on my
computer. I have talked with HP support for approx 15 hours trying to get it
to work. Their support system is in India so it is really hard to understand
them. I have a Windows XP Media Edition and WMM was on my computer when I
bought it 2 years ago. I just tried to use it last week so hence the
problem. HP had me uninstall it and then sent me to a microsoft web page to
download. There was no option to download from there so I found it at
another sight. I downloaded it again and I still get the error message and
my options are to debug or close. HP said it was a Microsoft problem so I
emailed them and they said it was an operating systems problemand to contact
HP????? Apparently, my problem is no one else's problem. Any ideas????
