Can anyone help please?

Hi Peter,

0x8E errors are often caused by faulty memory modules (and yes, even a new
machine can have faulty modules). I would check the ram as a starting point,
just click the start button and type 'memory' and the diagnostic tool should
be in the menu. Run the tests (requires that you restart the machine) and
see what the results are.
