It depends on the NNTP client you use. If for example you are using the web
version of MSDN newsgroups: click the 'Notifiy me of replies' link (top-right
corner) after selecing the question. After signing in to Microsoft Passport
and providing a notification email ID, you will get an email when a reply has
been posted. This mail will have a direct link to the question thread.
