mssmbios.sys
usbhub.sys
msiscsi.sys
On performance it says it's causing my system to boot slow. How do you
update this?

I guess Google is not working in your area, so I entered each term into
Google for you...

http://www.file.net/process/mssmbios.sys.html

They are all fairly important to basic operation of your computer, so until
Microsoft issues a fix, your motherboard manufacturer issues a fix, or other
solution, you'll have to live with it.

You can uses the Services console to disable the services, but any program
or process that relies on them will not run, so do so at your own risk. You
may very well render your system unbootable.
