There's really no such thing as an uninstallation of an operating system. To
uninstall it you just format the drive.

What is your purpose here? Do you want to reinstall Windows XP? Install some
other operating system? Which one?

Yes, but that's in a very special situation: if you did an upgrade to
Windows XP from Windows 98 or Me, and took the option to save the old
operating system, and did not convert to NTFS. In normal circumstances,
there's no way to uninstall an operating system (XP or any other) except by
reformatting the drive.
