I know this is windowsxp newsgroup, but i need some help. please read

Error message:
microsoft office has not been installed for the current user. please run
setup to install the application. I've tried every microsft fix you can look
up through google and none of them work. However, I can log in on the user
box and it works fine for me. Even logged in under her ID I can use the run
as and select my name and password and open office up. Also, I renamed her
profile, logged in and let it create another profile and the problem is
still there. Office has been un-installed and re-installed I don't know how
many times. Also, I replaced user harddrive because it had some bad sectors
on it. I did a clean install of Winxp, copied user data back over and It
worked for a little bit and now it doesn't work at all. I continue to get
the message. MSOffice has not been installed for the following user. please
run setup to install application.

Any suggestion!!!!!!

Try downloading and running kb819740 (GDI extension tool),and/or go to
office home, download & install office update..

Change her account to an administrative account, "install
OFFICE" by running the setup and then set her account back
to limited.

I actually tried that today. This thing is really giving me a headach. I
guess I will try and wipe and load the system again. Whatever it is, it's
profile specific. It only happens with her profile. I thought it may have
been something on the network. I had her network profile rebuilt. She can
log in to any other system and it's work fine. I think it may be something
with the software that's she's running. I will probably have to reload it
and let her install all her software one at a time and try and open up
office and see what happens. Any other suggestion????

Thanks,

Chris
