I have no idea what you mean by me coming in on an old thread and hijacking
someone else's thread. I thought that this was a support group to get help
from others who were perhaps more knowledgable. All you have helped me do is
feel like very inept. I guess I will have to look elsewhere for support. To
whoever I was
"not polite" to, I apologize-it was by no means intentional.I will not post
any more questions here.
Sorry you have to take it that way - you should have been around when I did
the exact same thing - the back of my hand still stings.
If you look at this thread it was started by Jeffrey and entitled Help,
which I believe you used as well. Not a good subject title as you can
probably understand now.
And believe me - bringing it to your attention could have been far more
humiliating from others.
I think you have had good support already - perhaps you have missed the
advice already given because it is in another thread.

I have looked at every possible thread I could find and either I had already
tried it or the link provided was no longer available. I have spent days on
this and am very frustrated that there is nowhere to get help without paying
microsoft.
