My daughter had dsl and it got shut off so she was going to dial up bu
having problems. She wants to know if there is something she is t
once she has the dsl taken off

Hi Victoria,

In the Control Panel under Internet Options, have her go to the Connections
tab. Enable the line to "always dial my default connection". Also, check the
networking folder, if there is a lan icon for the old dsl connection here
she should delete it.

Thank you so much . But one more thing she is getting a error message -
Driver winsock driver-page memory access (0x00008f1) unknown what can
she do now? Thank you for your help
