Every time

When I turn on my pc, I receive a message or notification

"Your computer might be at risk "

"No firewall turned on"

Then I turn on my firewall but it goes off again

What can I do?

Not really enough information to get focused troubleshooting answers. Do
the normal scanning for viruses and non-viral malware:
