Hello,
David H. Lipman from the States and Ian Kenefick who is from Ireland, like
me, appeared to offer me help to clean a few instances of malware from my PC
using their programs. Both failed to do so. They collaborate or so they tell
me. Dave stopped replying to me out of the blue for no obvious reason and at
the risk of sounding like a moaner I spent many hours using his approach.
They both seemed more interested in looking at the logs their programs
compile than helping me.
I can do without the hassle they gave me getting nowhere in the end and
still unable to use IE6 because of a malware pop-up.
There are no free lunches and these two gentlemen seem to have figured out a
way of extracting a price for their so-called free help.
I asked Ian not to contact me again yesterday but Ian will not be put off
like that and I received an email from him this morning preaching to me
about the virtues of patience unable to see how patient I was dealing with
Dave and him.
I can't be sure what they are playing at but helping people clean a PC in an
efficient way isn't what they are really about and this is based on my
personal experience dealing with them and this charade has been going on
since I contacted Dave on the 8th of November last over a month ago so, Ian,
don't preach to me about the virtue of patience.
No free lunches,
Peter Nolan.
