Do you not understand simple English? If English is not your native tongue,
there are newsgroups for most languages.

If you need help trying to understand the message, it means just simply what
it says...the software you are trying to install is not compatible with the
version of Windows you are running.

Have you visited the manufacturers website to see if there are any updates
that *can* be installed under the version of Windows you are running?
