I have bought another computer and I need to take the
contact information and some of the e-mails off the old
computer and put it on the new one. I do not know how to
do that can someone send me directions? Thanks
 
Stick a blank disc in your old computer and then go to:

File, import export, export to file, PST and select the folder you want. At
the new computer, do the same but this time you import it. It's fairly
straightforward. I hope your file isn't too big for a disc!
