Hi Matt,
Is your Windows XP connected/joined to the domain controller ?
Login with Administrator account credentials, then logoff the administrator
account. After you logoff login with restricted user / normal user account.
Note: If you do not see the User name & password dialog box. Please press
CRTL+ALT+DEL twice to get the Windows classic logon screen.
