I think select both cells go to Opmaak (in Dutch) in
English I think something like "Layout" (it is between
Insert and Tools. Then select Cells go to the second tab
Outlining (translated straight from Dutch) go to left
down under - something like Join cells - click in the
box - save it and it is done
