Follow precisely this instructions:

1. Closes the Task Manager
2. Shut down Windows
3. Find a big box and pack your computer
4. Return it to the shop with a advertisement that reads "I am too
stupid to use a computer"

How the hell do you expect to run Windows? A single-process operating
sytem???

2.

Most of those are normal, and there are far fewer than on most computers. My
system has over 40 processes running.
The only ones I see that are irregular are:
swnetsup.exe
sweepsrv.sys
But those seem to be part of your anti-virus program.
Maybe you just need more RAM. Have you looked to see how much of your
physical memory is in use, or how much CPU usage you have? By crap, what
exactly do you mean?

lsass is a system file. There are viruses out there that mimic the real
system files, so be careful not to remove important system files or you will
be posting on "how do I fix my system?"

It is usual to have a couple dozen processes running. Check to see if any of those
processes are using a lot of CPU resources via Task Manager. If programs are running
normally, all will be low in CPU use with the exception of System Idle Process.
Check your available physical memory with Task Manager to check that it is not too
low. Also boot into safe mode to see if performance is better and if it is you have a
problem with a startup program/service/driver. Do a virus scan with the latest virus
definitions if you have not done so and scan for parasites, with something like
AdAware, that can also slow down computer performance. Be sure to update AdAware
before scanning. Also check Event Viewer for any system/application problems that
may be affecting performance and defrag your hard drive if you have not done that in
the last month or so.--- Steve
