We are a small business with a small network, one of our
computers is missing the driver/file for the wizard for
installing programs. PLEASE HELP

I think you need to say more. Like the text of any error messages. Or
a full description of what/where/when. This may or not be be a
registry issue...

I am not certain. It sounds like a installsield problem I think.
The application's vendor may know/help or perhaps Installshield guys.
I could be wrong. ;-)
