DNS is used to locate a dc. Did you inadvertently disable the wrong
network adapter? Is the remaining network card pointing to the SBS DC?

| After Uninstalling ISA on a small business server 2000, and disabling the
second network card and restarting the computer, i got a mesage in the
event viwer saying unable to establish connection with the global catalog.
Also when i open active directory users and computers it gives me an error
message that the domain controller is not available.
can anyone help
