help ! xp installation loop very annoying

im changing out my old mother board and old processor but keeping my HD. now im stuck in the loop thing. the thing is ive tried the repair set up and it just set me in to another loop. the set up gose through the install gets to the drive check of our c: drive consistancy and telling me that it has no problems found. then it starts the whole thing over agine going back to the point in the instalation where its installing devices and going all the way back to the drive check and starting agine please help.
 
any beeps from the new mother board?

might try reseating the memory.
Unplug all USB and not needed devices.
