Help: XP does not start well after a bad Partition Magic session

Hi there, XP Pro does not start anymore after a resize of
the main partition.
Crash with the following log:
====================Start 'wiaservc.dll' Debug - Time:
2003/12/28 18:55:31:531==
==================
*> StiServiceMain entered, Time: 2003/12/28
18:55:31:531
<* StiServiceMain ended, Time: 2003/12/29 01:00:29:509
StiLockMgr::CheckDeviceInfo, ACTIVE_DEVICE is not
valid!

I hope somebody wil be able to fix it !!
