HELP ! Works Suite 2004

I have the 2001 Works Suite version already. Do the
Microsoft online free updates eliminate the need to buy
2004.

Yes - you have to BUY.. It's not a patch - its an upgrade.. Like going from
95 to XP.
 
I'm not sure about the online updates.

I have no idea if this is the right place to ask this question but here goes.
My son just put works suite on his dell laptop and it tells him to always
put in the cd. My son has CP and only uses one hand so putting in the cd is
something he cannot do by himself. Question, is there a way around having to
always putting in the cd?

It's probably not the right place, but try this anyway. Re-do the install,
and make sure that you're selecting that the things you use will be
installed on the hard drive rather than run from the CD.

If that doesn't work, or it's not available to choose, you might want to
post to a works-related group.
