Help - Word for Windows Needs to Close

I have this error message on my screen. My word document
is still open.

The only options are send/Don't Send an error report.

Is there any way I can save, send or print this document
before closing.

Please help
 
No, but if you're real lucky and had "auto-save" turned on, or had saved the
document periodically during its creation, you may be able to recover some
or all of your work. If not, you have to start over. Next time save
frequently.

Hi!
Have you tried the ESC key or closing the dialog with the cross button?
If you can close that dialog and your document is still open, you could
try the "save as" command and save to any format that would work (maybe
pure text).
