Hi

Have you got a manual for your motherboard - if so, it will show you in there how to change the boot-up sequence. Failing that - try the web site for your motherboard. Do you know which motherboard you have?

Sorry i wouldn't have a clue wot it is i'mm looking at

Sang I've looked at the mobo manual for the GA-7ZMMH . It looks pretty
straightforward. Download this manual
http://america.giga-byte.com/MotherBoard/FileList/Manual/manual_7zmmh_e_2001.pdf
You need Adobe Reader to view it which is free from here
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/alternate.html You need to find page
43 for the BIOS Setup info. (This might be page 53 in Adobe Reader)

The manual says to simply press the Delete Key while the computer starts and
then look in BIOS Features Setup for the Boot order. If you are getting a
message about requiring a Boot floppy perhaps someone has tried to flash the
BIOS or used a password protection scheme of some sort. Look in the manual
for Clear CMOS. Then try restarting and press Delete Key to access the BIOS.

I see that others have given you a link to download a manual for said
'motherboard'
But I found a link myself, so I will give it anyway (OK);
