Help with windows XP networking

There is a machine in my office loaded with windows XP.
The user is logged in the administrator group and he has
logged on.The windows XP is in NTFS format.When another
user using win98 tries to access a shared folder on this
XP machine, it asks for a password although I have given
full control rights to all the users and groups in the
network.Can u help?

Run the Network Setup Wizard on XP to fully enable file sharing.
That's usually all that's needed:

XP ICS - Starting the Network Setup Wizard

If you've created a password for the Guest account on XP, enter that
password at the prompt.

If you've disabled "simple file sharing" on XP Professional (XP Home
Edition doesn't have it), see this article:
