Help with web host?????

I had to do clean rebuild of PC - reinstall of FP. I imported my website
and when I went to publish - I realized I have no clue what my user ID and
password are!!!! Doh.

And what's worse - I don't seem to have any record of my web host either - I
feel like the biggest dope. All of this info must have been in some files I
failed to get backed up and lost in the reinstall.

Where can I go - what can I do?

Maybe something here can help you, although I'm rather confused about
the domain servers (which should track back to your hosting company)
being the same as the registrar. If nothing else, check your past
credit card statements or check registry?:
