HELP with visuals

I have Windows XP

1. How do I increase size of "Start" icon (lower left)
2. How do I increase size of icons on the toolbar on
bottom of desktop that indicates open programs.
3. When I get on Internet, text and web pages appear
very small even though I have the Internet Explorer set
to view everything at "largest"?????
 
right click an empty spot on your desktop, click properties>settings tab. set your screen resolution to 1024 x 768. post back if it doesn't work, and if it did, click "yes" to the 'was this post helpful to you? button, so others can learn from this.
