Help with vista folders

I have 2 problems:
A) I want to use classic icons for folders. I can do it on the desktop but
not folders. Is there a way to get this in folders?
B) Even when I am not viewing details, I still get the bar at the top with
Name, Date,... How do i get rid of this?

By "folders", do you mean in Windows Explorer?

If so, in Explorer try clicking the Organize button, Folder and Search
Options, check the button for Classic Folders right near the top of
the popup.

You don't, because it's a sort option. If want to change the way the
sort is done, you can click any one of the options and it will remain
in the same view, but sorted to that option.
