help with virus fix

hi i hope some one can help! having real problems,am
using windows xp,when doing my weekley viris scan my anti-
virus program found a virus (Worm/Lovsan.A)it has put
these infected files into quarentine but how do/can i
remove these files !im not that good/pc literate yep .
i have looked at all the infomation on this virus even
run a program(tool fix welch) witch came up with pc now
free-- but ! no ive still got the files infected please
can u advise me what to do asap,all very technical

Blaster.worm(lovesan)
or go to kellys-korner.com a fix fot this is listed under
xp tweaks.
this virus is also in your system restore files you MUST
turn off system restore to delete them or a reinfection
is likely.
If your computer is working properly and the files are in
quarentine then take your time and follow the steps
exactly
