boss needs help

My boss recently saw someone give a presentation were the presenter's notes
showed up on her laptop screen but did not show as projected. How do I do
this? We are using PowerPoint 2002, is this an upgrade in a later version?

They were using "Presenters View". (Available in 2002)

My problem is similiar to this. I have my laptop set up for my presentation
under the "set up slide show." However, once the projector is connected, and
I go to "view", click "slide show" my presentation shows up on both the
screen and laptop; no notes. Can you instruct me how to correct this?

Hi,

In the Setup slideshow dialog box there is a setting for showing presenter
view. There is also a drop down box for selecting which monitor you want to
show your presentation on (the full screen one).
