I installed the antispyware on a multi account XP system.
All users are listed as administrators. Antispyware
windows can only be accessed from one account. When
another user logs on, it appears that Antispyware trys to
load, but fails ang gives the simple message "Unexpected
" If one clicks OK on the window, the
small window that normally appears when antispyware
begins to load is left on the desktop. DOuble clicking on
the antispyware icon on the desktop results in the same
thing. There is no icon on the lower right hand corner of
the screen showing antispyware is active. I attempted the
fix recommended for the 101 error problem - no change.
Why can't I access antispyware from these accounts, and
why does it appeatr to be inactive for those accounts?

This is a known issue in this release of Microsoft Antispyware, there is no
mulitple user support. It is being worked on for the next beta release. Stay
tuned. Concerning your 101 problems, it usually relates to permissions, but
you said you Administrator on all accounts. Try this:

a.. Open up control panel and double-click on add/remove programs.
Select Microsoft AntiSpyware
Select "Change"
On the Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard, click next.
On the next screen (Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard) select Update
Microsoft AntiSpyware and click next.
Select Install
Let the product update.
Click Finish.
