Help with trying to program outlook for our business

Hi,
we use outlook for our business which is a childrens bookstore, we have
members of the store who are in bookclubs. We send emails to them notifying
them of when the next book reading session is. What we would like to do is
that when we send our members emails about when the next session is, we would
like the email to make them respond back to us telling us that they have
recieved the email and if they have any messages/questions to ask us.
Is there a way that when we send an email, that our clients must reply to
say they have gotten it.
Any help is appreciated!!
Thankyou,
John

Put it in the message body - read receipts are not supported by all mail clients and requesting that they respond with any questions means that they will have to initiate the email and not just send a receipt.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

Ask them to reply if they have questions... most people will not respond
just to say they got the message and you'll only aggravate your (soon to be
former) customers if you request receipts or otherwise demand to know if
they got it.
