We have a Netopia R910 Router connected to our DSL modem.
If I execute tracert www.somesite.com from a command prompt (Win2K SP3
Workstation), the route starts timing out after the router to the Internet
from our ISP. If I execute the Trace Route command for the same
www.somesite.com
from the Utilities menu of the router, it runs to completion. The only
difference is that the first IP address hit from the workstation is the
gateway IP address of the Router. Otherwise, everything works as expected
bewteen our network and the Internet. Executing [ping www.somesite.com]
works
fine from both locations.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
