Help with Toolbars

My mom was being the typical computer illiterate and somehow eliminated all of the tool and task bars from internet explorer as she was attempting to make it full-screen. I need help getting them back as despite my best efforts I have been unsuccessful. If anyone out there can help me, please do so

Press F11 and see if that gets everything back. Click View | Toolbars
and click to put a check mark next to each one that you want.
