Help with this term

This footprine was left on my webpage log.
What does "sumthin" mean? I see "sumthin" so often on my access_log?
Please enlighten me. Thanks. Satoshi.
 
Pull down and install Spybot, Search and Destroy. Then run it. Sounds to me
like you have spyware/adware/phonehome stuff.

Actually, I run Spybot and Lavasoft Aware programs. But I see this Sumthin
shows up often when I check log file. Satoshi
