How do I set up clients to use our Terminal Server? I'm new to this
part and cannot seem to get them accesss.

We are using a Windows 2000 Terminal Server on a Domain. All users
have the ALLOW checkbox in their settings for using the Terminal
Server but nobody can connect.

If I set up a user account with admin privaleges it works but I cannot
do that (and don't want to, for heavens sake!) Can anyone point me in
the right direction??

I set that up but it still didn't do the trick. After more playing on
this thing I found the answer:

In Terminal Services Configuration manager you have to click on
connections, then highlight the connection (in this case we had two...
RDP-TCP and ICA-TCP since Citrix was installed on this box, too.)
After selecting RDP-TCP I click on Properties and add the user
groups that are members allowed to connect.

Once I did that all the TS users were able to logon again and they
(and I) were happy campers.

Thanks for the help!

hello,

normaly the group "Remote Desktop User" has already this permission, that
means that this group is already added.
But it can be a difference between w2k and w2k3 ?!
