Help,
I have a new Toshiba laptop that goes BSOD every few hours. What is
running does not matter. The manufacture states it is a software problem.
Below are the last three events from the event viewer.

The errors from event viewer are:

Error code 10000050, parameter1 80aa9d58, parameter2 00000000, parameter3
80575ba3, parameter4 00000000.

0x10000050 (0x80aa9d58, 0x00000000, 0x80575ba3, 0x00000000).

Error code 100000d1, parameter1 004a1b94, parameter2 00000002, parameter3
00000000, parameter4 004a1b94.

The only thing that seems consistent in the event log is the following event
several hours before the crash.

The system detected that network adapter
\DEVICE\TCPIP_{E1AC69AD-9A5B-4552-8B6D-0BB952E599F4} was disconnected from
the network, and the adapter's network configuration has been released. If
the network adapter was not disconnected, this may indicate that it has
malfunctioned. Please contact your vendor for updated drivers.

One other note the laptop has gone in for service twice and they replaced
memory and the harddive but this problem persists.

Thanks

If this is a NEW laptop, return it to the vendor. Life is too short to
endure this kind of hassle.
( This assumes that the problem occurs with the software as supplied by
Toshiba.)
Try propping the laptop up an inch or so above whatever (desktop, etc.), and
see if the additional air flow changes the behavior.
If so, you likely have a hardware problem.
