If you cannot get the tools you need on your computer, then obviously
you'll need to get them from a different, known-clean computer with an
Internet connection and a cd burner. If you don't have access to
another computer like that, take your machine to a computer
professional (not your local equivalent of BigStoreUSA) and have them
fix it for you.

That's a nasty one to get rid of. I haven't found any one program that will
do it yet. Here's some links to some tips that will help. You will need
access to the internet to download some programs. You will have to do this
on another computer and burn them to CD.

When experiencing problems like this i find it far more logical to backup the
data and reinstall a fresh copy of th OS. This way it is sorted within a
couple of hours instead of dragging on for days.

Even with a tough bit of malware like this it is easier to remove it than do
a clean install. I had never seen it before and it took me about an hour to
do a bit of research on google and remove it. Granted I do this for a living
so hopefully I'm quicker at it than most people but it's not rocket science.
To backup their data, perform a clean install, download and install drivers
and Windows updates, reinstall programs, then restore the data takes at
least two to three hours if you know what you are doing. If you don't know
what you are doing it will take at least a day and you will probably loose
something along the way. Most people would have an easier time following the
step by step procedures in the links provided than reinstalling Windows and
restoring their programs and data.
