Help with shortcut to IE

How can I make a shortcut on the desktop to load a specific web site
using Internet Explorer? I would like different shortcuts to start differen
web sites. For instance, one icon would load IE with www.microsoft.co
as the home (initial page) and a separate icon that would load IE wit
www.msn.com as the home page. Is this possible? If so, how do
do it

Open IE, go to the website, on the file menu, select Send, from the extended
menu, select "Shortcut to Desktop."
