help with settings..

Hey all,
Within display properties\advanced\ 3d, there are a few settings
like texture preference and mipmap detail, is there a difference if I were
to set
these at high quality vs. performance. Is there a huge performance hit?

your card is capable of these settings, and so is your system, fiddle and
see, depending on the games you play you'll need to tweak these
adjustments to your liking. And yes there is a performance hit, you'll
have to make your own assessment as to whether the tradeoff is worth it
to you.
